We accept the return of your order within 90 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.
Returns of orders are the responsibility of the Customer. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 14 days, by bank transfer. We invite you to contact our team at +1 (844) 201 2232. We will let you know how to proceed.
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any complaints.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
Shipping costs
Delivery costs depend on the geographical area concerned. Overseas Territories, taxes and customs duties may apply and are your responsibility upon delivery. The total of your order does not include these taxes & customs duties. You can find out the amount to be paid at your local post office.
